With the rising prices of products and materials, it’s more important than ever for you to know how much your remodeling project will cost. No one wants to be surprised with unnecessary costs. At Liljedahl Bros., Inc., we are clear when it comes to our product and labor costs. This allows you to know how much you will be spending and to make changes to the project before we begin. It should be noted that despite all of our careful planning and expertise remodeling homes, any budget should be prepared for the potential of change orders due to un-known conditions.
Our pricing guide breakdown details three types of projects, basic, mid, and luxury level. Each classification includes different types of services. This allows you to decide where you want to take your project. We can work within each level to understand your goals. Basic Level
Starting at
$50K
- Full gut demolition of bathroom interior removing all fixtures and finishes, plaster walls and ceiling and concrete floors down to framing.
- Remodel layout “in kind”
- Supply and install the following fixtures and finishes
- Level 1 – Plumbing fixtures (Delta, Moen)
- Level 1 – Vanity Cabinetry (Stock)
- Level 1 – Remnant top (granite)
- Level 1 – New tile on floors and shower walls (porcelain or ceramic) $4-8 budget allowance range
- Shower Curtain Rod at tub or glass shower enclosure
- All plumbing and electrical fixtures to remain in same location
- New bath fan vented to the exterior
Mid Level
Starting at
$75K
- Full gut demolition of bathroom interior removing all fixtures and finishes, plaster walls and ceiling and concrete floors down to framing.
- Minor reconfigure of bathroom layout
- Supply and install the following fixtures and finishes
- Level 2 – Updated Plumbing fixtures (Kohler, Signature Hardware)
- Level 2 – Vanity Cabinetry (Semi-custom)
- Level 2 – Granite, Quartz, or quartzite Remnant top
- Level 2 – New tile on floors and shower walls (porcelain or ceramic) $10-$15 budget allowance range
- Shower door and new tub included
- Rework of electrical, new recessed and ambient lighting
- Heated tile floor
Luxury Level
Up to
$150K
- emoving tile, plaster walls and concrete floors down to framing
- Reconfigure bathroom to desired layout and design
- Supply and install the following fixtures and finishes:
- Level 3 – Updated Plumbing fixtures (California, Grohe, Rohl)
- Level 3 – Vanity and linen closet Cabinetry (custom)
- Level 3 – Quartz, quartzite, marble or soapstone vanity top
- Level 3 – New tile on floors and shower walls (porcelain, ceramic, marble or clay) $15-$25 budget allowance range
- Luxurious soap niche(s), shower bench
- Shower door and new tub included
- Rework of electrical, new recessed and ambient lighting
- Heated tile floor
- All plumbing and electrical fixtures may be moved to new locations
Basic Level
Starting at

- Remodel kitchen layout “in kind”, using existing cabinet and appliance locations
- Semi-custom cabinetry (stock colors)
- Refinish existing wood floors
- Level 1 – Plumbing Fixtures (Delta, Moen)
- Level 1 – Granite/Quartz countertops
- Level 1- Tile Backsplash (Subway $4-10 budget allowance range)
- All plumbing and electrical fixtures to remain in same location.
- New LED 4” recessed lighting throughout, and undercabinet lights
- New appliances by homeowner
Mid Level
Starting at
$100K
- Cabinetry layout modifications allowed within the existing space
- Appliances may be moved to other locations
- Semi-custom Cabinetry (Custom order colors)
- Refinish or replace existing wood or tile floors
- Level 2 – Plumbing Fixtures (Kohler, Signature Hardware)
- Level 2 – Granite, Quartz, Quartzite countertops
- Level 2 – Tile Backsplash
- New LED 4” recessed lighting throughout, and undercabinet lights, and decorative sconces/pendants
- New appliances by homeowner
Luxury Level
up to
$185K
- Allows for removing or moving existing walls to create new layout and expanded space.
- Custom cabinetry
- Refinish or replace existing wood or tile floors
- Level 3 – Plumbing Fixtures (California, Grohe, Rohl)
- Level 3 – Granite, Quartz, Quartzite, marble or soapstone countertops
- Level 3 – Tile Backsplash or solid surface slabs to match your countertops
- New LED 4” recessed lighting throughout, and undercabinet lights, and decorative sconces/pendants
- New appliances by homeowner
